职位描述：
1. 全权负责公司车队管理系统硬件产品的策划、设计，提供产品设计、需求分析、功能描述及业务演示原型等文档；
2. 负责产品开发过程中的进度管理与跟踪，组织产品测试；
3. 负责产品投入使用以后的改进：BUG跟踪、收集改进意见、提供改进方案，引导用户熟悉使用产品；
4. 对产品线所产生的业绩负责，并提出提升相应产品线业绩的改进方案；
5. 对分管的其它团队成员有合理的管理并对其管理中的团队成员的业绩负责。

岗位要求:
1. 2年以上产品开发经验，有系统设计背景，有相当的逻辑严谨性；
2. 具备一定的项目管理经验，习惯于用严谨科学的统筹方法来保证工作按计划进行；
3. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，具有很高的执行力，善于沟通，耐心细致，心理承受力强；
4. 对商业敏感，对工作充满热情，富有创新精神，能承受较大的工作压力； 举报 分享
