Main Responsibilities
？ Establish and supervise overall manufacturing process, including machining and pneumatics products assembly (and warehouse), keep and maintain the production procedure, to meet targets in output, quality, cost, efficiency and productivity. Continuous improvement on production process;
？ In charge of lean manufacturing on production and relative process, achieve continuous improvement targets;
？ Work with internal customer to achieve continuous cost down and reduce material scrap rate;
？ Make and supervise the implementation of production plan to meet project delivery target and adjust plan according to any changes;
？ Supervise the warehouse and make sure the inventory accuracy;
？ Ensure the effective communication and coordination with other departments; Solve and coordinate problems or non-conforming issues occurring in production such as capacity, quality and overtime with relevant departments;
？ Control department expenses such as tooling utilization, resource allocation and overtime to reduce production cost;
？ Setup TPM system and ensure preventive maintenance, repair and high availability of equipment and facilities;
？ Implement 6s and maintain proper order and safety in workshop, production related areas, equipments and manpower;
？ Train and develop relevant staff and operators to ensure qualified staff and operators are available and fitting to requirements;
？ Responsible for production reports for evaluation, analysis, enhancement and continuous improvement, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering relative is preferred;
？ At least 8 years manufacturing management experience. 3 years or above working experience in a managerial position, in foreign owned company;
？ Familiar with TS16949 and Lean;
？ Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and people management skills;
？ Strong problem analysis and solving ability;
？ High sense of responsibility and can work under pressure;
？ Pneumatics products or System assembly experience will be a plus
？ Good command of both spoken and written English;
？ Familiar with MS Office;
？ Can work comfortable in a fast moving and evolving environment.
