Job Title：South Regional Sales Supervisor
General Duties and Skills:
1. Develop new large accounts from the pipe manufacturers, set up distribution channels, make brand awareness within end users.
2. Maintain good relationship with the customers to ensure market share growing within the territory.
3. Competitor information collection, sales turn over reach the budget in the leading premium market in the South. Avoid any business lost to the competitor.
4. Cooperate with the sales team, share information and follow Co’s strategies to aggressive penetrate Mid-grade market and achieve 15% market share in this market segment in South.
5. Visit all the regions construction material market to find out potential distributors. Avoid sales conflict to the existing clients, offer the right price and services to the new accounts, each quarter develop two distributors
Requirements:
1. 5+ years sales and marketing related experiences prefer but not must in PVC pipe & fitting market.
2. Bachelor degree, Basic spoken and written English, Microsoft office skill.
3. Self-motivated can work under pressure, result-driven and aggressive, good business acumen.
4. Hard working, Honest, need travel 1/2- 2/3 time within the region.
Working place: Based in Guangdong

2、 区域内维持老客户的良好关系，以确保市场份额增长。
3、 竞争对手的信息收集，销售额达到并超过预算在华南已经领先的高档市场领域。避免业务输给竞争对手。
4、 配合销售团队，共享信息，并使用正确的战略渗透中档产品市场，实现中档市场15％的市场份额占有率在华南地区。
5、 拜访区域内所有建材机电城建立经销网络。避免新客户销售与现有客户冲突（提供正确的价格向新客户）。加强培训覆盖到整个华南地区。每季度开发2家新客户。
要求：
1、 5年以上销售及市场推广相关经验，有PVC管路系统工作经验优先。
2、 本科学历，基本的口语和书面英语表达，电脑办公操作。
3、 自我激励能承受工作压力，以结果为导向，积极进攻，良好的商业反应力。
4、 工作勤奋，诚实，要求1/2- 2/3工作时间在华南地区出差。
