岗位职责：
· Develop Application-Specific Product Specifications. Assist the customer in the development of
application-specific product specifications and determine how to best apply company products to meet
these specifications. Develop cost estimates for new applications, facilitate the development of
formal quotations and participate in margin analysis of current products. Collaborate closely with the
Engineering team to issue and process work orders and change requests. Assist in the processing,
procurement, assembly and shipment of company prototypes.
· Respond to Customer Inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries related to performance, quality and
availability of company products.
· Conduct Market Research. Conduct market research projects and assist in the development of new
product and marketing strategies.
· Strong Team Player and Contributor. Serve as a liaison between the Sales department and all
other departments within the company. Work well with colleagues and produce results within a fastpaced
and high pressure atmosphere. Combine strong attention to detail with an orientation towards
results/execution.
· Create new product drawings for customer applications. Work with Operations to manage
production of new applications for proto analysis and customer trials.

· College Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
· Wouldn’t this be less than what you have for your Account Manager? Minimum of 5 years of
hydraulics application experience working in an organization that has successfully used one or more
continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing, six sigma, etc.).
· Demonstrated ability to influence others, to lead and participate in decision-making and to make
effective presentations.
· Pro-active problem solving skills with outstanding energy, determination and judgment.
· Detailed knowledge of company product with an understanding of engineering practices and support
processes.
· Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas as
follows: Operations, Design Engineering, Purchasing and Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving.
· Effective trouble shooting, problem solving and organizational skills. Able to handle frequent
interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and handle conflict in an effective manner.
· Experience with Microsoft Office products. Accurate typing/computer data entry with above average
attention to detail.
· Willing and able to travel internationally.
