职位描述
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Fit
? Develop company fit, measuring and quality standards.
? Recommend construction and specs to achieve the best fitting (and best quality)
product.
? Drive all initiatives around consistency of fit and garment production
? Competitive shop the market researching fit and construction techniques.
? Overseeing the data analysis on customers fitting
? Provide technical expertise and support to cross functional teams on fit development and
pre-production activities.
Digital Patterns (Daily Pattern Output & Pattern Development)
? Work closely with the Creative Director and Designer and conveying their ideas to the
Patternmaker with measurements, constructions and corrections.
? Work closely with our design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure
execution meets standards.
? Ensuring our pattern development, CAD, and Gerber Pattern system meet our fit drive
objectives.
? Ensuring our daily digital patterns output is executed smoothly and efficiently.
Workmanship & Technical Specifications
? Develop and update Tech packages.
? Advises the factory on suit workmanship and quality issues. Working to improve suit
quality on a daily basis.
? Advises the factory on machineries and equipments required to execute quality
garments.
? Monitor the pre-production sample process.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
? Minimum of 3-5 years technical design experience .
? Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development or relevant field.
? Strong understanding and working knowledge of pattern making and garment
construction.
? The expertise to troubleshoot fit issues.
? Strong sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks.
? Detail oriented with a strong follow through and the ability to organize and prioritize
multiple projects.
? Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Illustrator and Photoshop.
? Excellent written and verbal communication.
? Will protect brand integrity through fit continuity.
