职位描述

外资500强,汽车/电子/机械行业,女性

职责:
Office Routine Operation
·Provide daily office administrative management, including but not limited to: Set up and implement administrative policies & regulations; Supervise receptionists, drivers and office maids.
·Admin budget forecast and control, cost reduction and continual improvement on all the admin expense.
·Receive VIP visitors and provide logistic support;
·Make travel arrangements (domestic and foreign, booking hotel and flight ticket in best price)
·Support to arrange accommodation, transportation, ect, for oversea visitors and supporting member.
Vendor/ Suppliers management
·Responsible for company admin vendor/ suppliers management, including but not limited: air tickets, hotel, canteens, car& shuttle bus rental, green plants, safe guard and stationary management.
·Liaison with vendor, suppliers. Monitor quality of the available vendors/ suppliers and select most suitable suppliers in order to ensure high quality
Others
·Organize and coordinate company events such as all employee meeting, annual dinner, outing. Ensure that all the activities are properly administered and communicated within the organization.

资格:
Level (diploma) required:
·University degree, major in Administration , English, business is a preferred
·CET-6 certificate at least
Experience:
·Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in MNC or JV.
·Worked in English environment.
Technical skills required:
·Excellent in using Word, Excel, Power point software
·Be good at communication
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
·Mature interpersonal skills, organizing and coordinating ability, team work spirit.
·Strong sense of service.
·Powerful Sense of responsibility
·Proactive and forward thinking in a busy, growth environment.
Languages:
·Fluent Chinese
·Strong English language skills both oral and written. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
