1 Position objectives：
· Develop Test equipment and procedures to evaluate the System performance (e.g.: In the case of Radar, Blind spot warning performance, in the case of Vision, the detection reliability, in the case of Night Vision, the pedestrian warning performance) against its design intent.
· Analyze the Feature performance against the design specification
· Evaluate, based on Hardware and Software design what are the potential root causes to explain performance shortfalls.
· Conduct competitors feature benchmark
2 requirement：
· Education. Course in Electronics and/or Mechanical.
· Computer tools: Office pack, internet, Computer system operations.
· Communication. Good level of English command required
· Personal attributes：
ü The candidate needs to have good mechanical and electrical Engineering background.
ü The candidate needs to be curious to seek technical issues and resolve them. The candidate needs to be proactive and take initiative for work environment improvement and problem solving
ü The mission includes as well hands-on activities; the candidate needs to be used to handy work in both mechanical and electrical/electronic fields.
ü The candidate needs to be results minded and focused on maintaining tasks on schedule through his own task management.
ü As the demo vehicles are the window of ALV system performance, the candidate must strive to achieve total quality system integration.
