Responsibilities
Execute sales activities & campaigns to implement company's overall sales strategy to develop new customers and meet the assigned sales target
Develop approaches which can be applied in the sales cycle to improve business effectiveness and quality of customer service
Manage sales activities with potential customers who are of strategic importance to the company; influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations
Coach sales representatives on product knowledge, business environment, procedures and work-ing skills which are necessary for dealing with customers
Monitor market trend and competitor's activities; provide relevant reports and information
Requirements
University degree or above
At least 4 years experience in a similar position with IT solutions business; understanding of retail business is a plus
Actions and results oriented; can work under high pressure
Customer focus; demonstrated excellent consultative selling approach
Exceptional interpersonal skills and presentation skill
To manage multi-task by planning, organizing and establishing priorities
Excellent command of English both orally and written
Willing to take business travel
