Main tasks:

· Onsite support & investigation of customer field event
- Quick response to customer onsite investigation request
- Quick action base on field event priority (ex. Crash non-deployment, inadvertent deployment, etc)
- Systematically analyze and report the investigation progress and results
- Support CQE on technical explanation of event analysis report


· Support failure analysis team to identify any potential product quality issue
- First analysis of field event module
- Determine the product functionality base on fact
- Communicate with failure analysis team and other engineering teams for higher level product analysis
- Highlight to quality team with potential quality issue


· Monitor & Feedback to engineering team with field market customer demand for future product development
- Maintain the field event analysis database to ensure the data recording
- Presentation of field event analysis to other internal functions
- Systematically monitor and report the overall field event situation
- Support engineering team for product maintenance and development base on the overall customer demand and satisfaction level


Level (diploma) required:
· Bachelor degree, preferably within electronics and automotive


Experience:
· Minimum 3 year experience of automotive design, manufacturing
· Experience of electronics failure analysis and trouble shooting
· Ability to work effectively within a global team
· Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support and to report the advancement


Technical skills required:
· Strong knowledge on automotive electrical design and manufacturing
· Bench setup and testing skills
· Electronics failure analysis and trouble shooting skills
· Diving license is a plus
· Knowledge of Electronics products is a plus


Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Comfortable to lead and take part of team work
· Good analytic skills
· Be able to travel frequently

· CET-4
