职位描述：
1.Work with Sales and Engineering to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet end user bulk material conveyor transfer system needs.
2.Respond to quotation documents and proposal information for customer specific solutions.
3.Gather all relevant customer drawings and data (and if nonexistent create same) to allow TWT Engineering assessment of opportunity.
4.Travel with sales team and/or independently to serve as technical sales support for the purpose of identifying opportunities and presenting solutions at customer sites. Travel to and visit customer sites to develop applications and resolve problems.
5.Work with Manager to improve presentation processes.
6.Serve as transfer system troubleshooter for product applications.
7.Train Sales team in the aspects of Technical Presentation of our product and services.
8.Develop and maintain CAD skills in software utilized by our organization (Solidworks).
9.Gain the necessary understanding of Proprietary TWT CFMTS® technology for the purpose of proposing solutions for review and approval by TWT Engineering before quoting and presenting solutions to our customers.
10.Participate in industry conferences and seminars.
11.Maintain contacts and good working relationships with customers and suppliers.
12.Ensure required engineering and department records, reports and files are maintained.
13.Travel to and visit customer sites to develop applications and to resolve problems.
任职要求：
1.Broad knowledge of a discipline, such as materials engineering or a related engineering field. Equivalent to a complete university education. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
2.Over 5 and up to 7 years of experience required. Will take at least 6 months to become familiar with and demonstrate proficiency in 3-D CAD systems and Proprietary Flow Path Solutions Software. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience in bulk material handling capital equipment industry is strongly preferred.
3.Difficult work on highly technical and involved projects. Exercise considerable judgment to plan, analyze and design conveyor system product modifications and applications to meet end user needs. Duties require broad conceptual judgment to modify, and develop product solutions. Makes decisions based on little precedent.
4.Under general direction, work from policies and general objectives, referring specific cases to superior when clarification and interpretation of organization policy is required. Ability to function in a self directed environment with little direct supervision is required.
5.Work involves considerable accuracy and responsibility. Probable errors may involve major expenditures for product design and development.
6.Must concentrate mental and visual attention closely on design drawings, coordinating manual dexterity with mental and visual attention for sustained periods.
