Responsibilities:
1. Led operation team to set up a new plant daily management.
2. Be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities in Imprinting to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of manpower, promote a safe work environment.
3. Develop both short and long range goals to ensure the viability of machines and facility.
Qualification required: 任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in food or chemical or pharmaceutical.
2. Exceptional communication and leadership/mentoring skills.
3. 10+ years working experience in multinational manufacturing experience.
4. 5+ years of Plant Leadership experience within a Food/ chemical /medical organization.
5. Strong Project Management and EH&S experience.
6. LEAN and Six Sigma implementation experience.
7. Comprehensive PSM experience.
8. Good command of English in both spoken and writing.
