Key Performance Indicators:
1. Work closely with direct sales to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service;
2. Help sales provide the quotation, order and contract to customers;
3. Coordinate with Finance Dept to handle with the AR process, assist sales to collect payment;
4. Customer order management, coordinating with sales and logistics Dept and follow-up products delivery schedule;
5. To be responsible for analysis and statistics on sales status, overdue and ship plan, and making out series statistics reports;
Essential Traits:
1. At least 5 years customer service experience
2. Team player who is dynamic and possesses positive working attitude to work well;
3. Have basic sales and commercial understanding;
4. Open-minded, faster learning ability, proactive, self-confidence, excellent communication & customer services skills
5. Excellent statistics skill and data analysis ability
