职位描述：
Responsible for department’s general administrative work and documentation affairs and assist on Line Manager to complete assigned work.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
？ Responsible for organizing, filing, maintaining, updating and delivering department documentation;
？ Prepare, correct, present and issue documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as requested by Line Manager; Prepare recapitulation of time-sheet, over-time, expense and holidays of department members;
？ Explain within department and execute policies of company working hour statistics, HR vacation, welfare, and other management policies;
？ Organize and attend department meetings, prepare and issue meeting minutes when necessary;
？ Translate department’s various documents(Chinese<->English);
？ Responsible for employees’ necessary communication within department;
？ Prepare, update department staff’s name list, photographs attached with personal resumes in order to understand the department as a whole; Responsible for maintain available stock of and distribute stationery to procurement department members;
？ Provide administrative and secretarial assistance and support to the department Manager and other Managers;
？ Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
？ College degree or above, English or other related major;
？ At least 1~2 year work experience as assistant;
？ Good team-work sprit, with rigorous and positive working attitude;
？ Good English, and good communication skill;
