职位描述：
职责描述：
1.按生产计划提前完成模具保养维护任务，并完善相关表单以便追溯;
2.模具损坏时,根据生产信息合理的安排修模方案及时间;
3.配合注塑改进模具,共同来缩短模具的生产周期;
4.协调与相关部门之间的工作;
5.模具转移的记录、统计及办理相关手续；
6.对转入模具的易损inset及部件进行评估，并申请备件；
7.对备件和模具货架的管理；
8.模具台帐的建立和更改；
9.及时发现并处理模具存在的隐患问题；
10.协助生产经理制作持续改进计划及实施；

要求：
1.中专及以上学历,三年以上模具保养维护经验
2.熟悉模具结构及原理，熟练掌握修模技能。有汽车传动部件模具制作经验或齿轮模具制作保养经验；有医疗器械模具保养经验的优先。
