职位描述

Main Responsibilities

·Be the financial report team in charge who is responsible to ensure accuracy and timely submission of regulatory reports(PBOC, CBRC, SAFE, Statictics, Tax bureau) as well as group consolidation reports

·Lead the team to ensure good presentation and analysis in ALCO package and CBRC filing

·Arrange monthly or ad-hoc meetings with internal and external counterparties related to reporting data issues, cross department process, new reporting requirements or projects

·Ensure reporting procedures update on yearly basis or in line with regulator requirements

·Perform analytical review of bank level Pnl and BS on a monthly basis and escalate to correspondents department if any issue detected

·Provide accurate information to regulators and respond timely to both regular and ad-hoc survey or requests

·Review monthly/quarterly group reporting package and perform analytical review commentary input

·Reconcile gaap difference between group reporting & regulatory reporting result, and explain the gaps identified in Magnitude report pack and local result

·Reconcile intercompany Pnl and BS and explain difference above group threshold

·Coordinate with RISQ on quarterly NCR reconciliation and provision booking

·Answer to the ad-hoc group reporting related request from regional/Paris team

·Study group accounting norms and consult with regional/NOR team when necessary, so as to make sure the treatment is in line with group standards

·Contribute accounting knowledge and participate in new products/process design, new business developments

·Responsible for team work allocation, backup and cooperation arrangement

·Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Candidate Profile

-Academic Background (degree and major):

University degree in accounting or finance

-Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how:

More than 8 years work experience in banking Finance department focus on financial reporting

Solid knowledge of China accounting standards, local taxation rules and banking regulatory requirements

-Skills & Competencies:

  • Details oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and of high integrity, able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team management skill

- Language Skills:

Good command in both speaking and written English

- Computer Skill:

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

- Professional Qualification (if applicable):

Accounting qualification & certificates such as CPA or ACCA, CGA, etc.


Internal & External Business Relationship (if applicable)


Local and regional finance teams, Bangalore Ops/MPC/FCN service hub, China Operation teams, Risk.
