Key Responsibilities关键职责
1． To be responsible for monthly and yearly closing;
负责，统筹安排月结及年结工作；
2．To be responsible for audit, both internal and external;
负责内/外部审计相关工作；
3．To be responsible for tax planning;
负责税务筹划；
4. Check and post all vouchers, and ensure all the GL daily operations to be compliant with government guidelines and company policies;
审核记账凭证，并确保所有的日常业务符合政府政策规定及公司制度要求；
5. Reconcile the GL and subsidiary accounts periodically;
定期进行总账与明细账的对账，保证账账相符；
6. Support Budget process, and provide financial reports for management;
为企业预算编制提供财务数据，并定期提供管理或会议用报表；
7．Provide coaching and developing subordinates and lead them to achieve annual KPIs set, and guide them to do the daily work well (bookkeeping, closing, reconciling etc.);
带领团队，指导其工作，辅助其达成年度KPI指标，指导其做好日常工作（记账，结账，对账等）；
8．Accomplish other temporary works assigned by leader.
完成领导安排的其他临时工作。

Qualification任职资格:
Education受教育水平:
1．College and above education
大学本科及以上学历
2．Major in finance and/or accounting related
财务管理/会计等相关专业

Experiences工作经验:
1．At least 5 years finance/accounting work experience
至少5年财务/会计工作经验
2．Experience with large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is preferred
有过在大中型企业工作的优选考虑
3．Possess Certificate of Accounting Professional
具有会计从业资格证
4．Skillful operating ERP financial software such as SAP
能够熟练操作SAP等类似ERP财务软件

Specific Knowledge知识要求:
1．Understand well economic policy, PRC GAAP and GL process.
熟练掌握有关财经政策、法令以及财务会计制度。
2．Skilled analyze the difference between actual and budget, and has the general sense for company business.
能够熟练的分析预算与实际的差异，及对公司经济业务有全局意识。

Skills技能:
1．Skillful operating computer, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
