职位描述
岗位职责：
1.工作地点：位于朝阳区霄云路、建国路的两家五星级酒店
2.工作时间：11：00-23：00，做一天休一天
3. 帮助商务客人解决上网问题，确保客人接入互联网畅通；
4. 手机需24小时待机，接听报修电话并处理故障；
岗位要求：
1. 英语：CET-4或以上。口语良好者优先；
2. 大专以上学历，了解网络工作原理。上岗前公司将提供培训；
3. 具有高度的责任感和职业道德观，专注的敬业精神和精益求精的工作态度。
4. 具备较强的沟通协作能力，良好的团队合作精神；
