Job Responsibilities:

1. To develop and implement a world class operation strategy for manufacturing. The position will be a driving force in making it a reality, leading the manufacturing team to meet business needs and long-term business objectives, ensuring production and performance objectives are met and exceeded, and are conducted in accordance with the relevant GMP, IFS, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

2. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement production systems and processes that align with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long term business objectives.

3. Establish production budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritise spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards. Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or others assets that will enhance the standards and organization’s manufacturing capabilities.

4. Manages production schedules and maintains capacity in all departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a build–to–order environment, leadtime is as short as possible, and finished goods inventories are maintained at low levels. Develops capabilities to bring new products into factory quickly, capably, and efficiently. Establishes Lean Manufacturing approach to materials，information flow and manpower levels to ensure cost-effective and continued efficient processing.

5. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team operation of all departments and provides guidance, set goals to Managers and Supervisors in the performance of their duties,ensure that manufacturing activities meet established targets and standards.

6. Responsible for the motivation and development of the team members to optimize their performance and their personal and professional growth. Plans for growth and develops ability to expand / contract resources as business dictates. Continually develops Lean strategies for performance improvements through routine evaluations, audits, and performance reviews.

7. Continually reviews operational procedures to ensure continuous improvement is sustained and Cost of Quality trends towards zero. Develops and implements lean manufacturing methods and systems to increase inventory velocity, improve asset management, enhance profitable operations and continually improve customer satisfaction. Understands and implements standards for CIQ compliance and QS, BRC and IFS certification

8. Accepts full responsibility and accountability for timely delivery of all projects,Creates and manages budget analysis and reports for each project, Creates and manages project plan and responsibilities associated with plan: obtaining approvals, tracking, updating, reporting,etc.

9. Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external suppliers such as material suppliers equipment vendors, maintenance contractors etc. to ensure the organization receives the best possible standards of quality, price and service.

10. Directs and approves all maintenance, repair of building, grounds, equipment, machine parts, and manufacturing supplies. Recommends and / or makes improvements in machinery and equipment and manufacturing methods that support process optimization.

11. set up human resources and administration policies and procedures within the framework of the organization's overall corporate policies， manage the manpower planning and effective use of all resources ， ensure right Adm. service supports business needs and meets employee requirements ， ensure operations meet local laws, regulations and agreements in conjunction with external consultants and government agencies ， ensure positive communication between employer and employees to improve employee satisfaction ， Ensure competent employees hiring by using successful recruitment sources and system

12. In addition, a objective over the next 12 months is to lead new factory project.

Requirement:

1. Should have experience in most or, all of the following areas, including Production, Logistic, Engineering, EHS, GMP and Quality Compliance

2. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills

3. Flexible to adapt to fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

4. Self motivated and a self starter

5. Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads to meet conflicting deadlines

6. Good knowledge of Word / Excel / PowerPoint

7. Good commend of English both in written and oral

8. Experience of working within a food or pharmacy manufacturing environment

9. above 5 Years previous experience operating in a senior managerial position

10. 10 years manufacturing experience with significant experience in a related industry (food or health and hygiene products, pharmaceuticals, etc.)

11. BS degree and good experience of HR issues acting in organisation

12. University degree equivalent in Food Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chem. Eng. or related
