Responsibilities:
1. To establish and execute the Quality Policy and Quality Objective, be mainly responsible for quality problems.
2. To establish, maintain and improve the Quality Management System, and ensure it executes effectively and constantly. Organize and arrange the quality system certification auditing.
3. To handle the incoming materials and outgoing products, instruct the QA,IQC,PQC,OQC process. Control and monitor the whole quality processing (production procedure, customer feedback, quality claim, recall, etc.)
4. To establish procedures, norms and standards of the quality control, and products information feedback and Stat. procedure;
5. To handle and analyze the quality accident, conclude the quality problem and assist the relative departments to solve the quality problems in a timely manner, handle the customer complain;
6. To monitor the technology of products and coordinate the site production technology, and participate in product developing and process flow preparation and verification. Cooperate with relative dept. to conduct new product or equipment trial. Evaluate the process flow and quality control procedure.
7. To manage and analyze the data of products quality and process the relative procedures. Constantly improve the product quality process by introducing better methods, inputs and techniques, set up and implement ERP system.
8. To standardize the QM/R&D Dept. work flow.
9. To evaluate the material suppliers and to audit their products quality and production flow.
10. Organize the recruitment, training and allocation of quality people required to undertake the quality activities. Build and motivate Quality teams and quality circles in order to achieve constantly improving results in product quality.
11. Product research and development and cost control


Qualifications:
1. Major in Food Technology and Science or correlative item with bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 8 years experience in food industrial, 3 years equal management experience. Multinational experience in confectionary industrial is a plus.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Team player.
5. Self motivated.
6. Fluent English in speaking and writing required.
