Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commercial.
2.8-10 years of experience in FMCC in Manufacturing, i.e. purchase, quality, production.
3.Rich knowledge of casting, forging and machining and experience in procurement.
4.Possess a working knowledge of inventory systems and database software.
5.Strong knowledge of cost reduction practices like cost breakdown, value engineering s.Able to work closely with all the others functions in a respectful and open minded behavior.Able to put in place and /or deploy processes get the buy in of his team to respect it.Speed of execution, sense of urgency and priorities.
Capacity of negotiation with the suppliers.Very good leadership and communication skills.Well organize, rigorous and autonomous.


Responsibilities:

1.Make and implement department Vision& Strategy & Actions to provide overall support on company development.
2.Monitor new ERP issues and provide support for the data correction, update and report
3.Maintain overall supplier chain, improve and strengthen supplier relationship strategically
4.Monitor & Control on the sourcing and developing new suppliers
5.Approve and monitor purchase orders and make analysis
6.Review, track and negotiate with suppliers for competitive purchase prices and payment terms
7.Analyze total cost of ownership and ensure the team to get good control of it
8.Support on supplier audit and coordinate with related departments to solve the variance
9.Supervise outstanding material quality and delivery issues and coordinate/make solution
10.Train the purchasing staffs and help them improve their working skills to be able to better perform their work
11.Design and continue to improve&Summarize and report purchasing department work on monthly basis including department KPI completion status.
12.Review and sign supplier's contracts and agreements
13.Make weekly and monthly supplier payment forecast, coordinate with the urgent payment issue.
14.Provide other supports to General Manager and other related department which not listed above
