People Management
1. To define the JD for all subordinates
2. To responsible for hiring and interviewing new comers
3. To coach and feedback subordinates
Quality Management
1. To responsible for quality system external and Internal audit such as ISO900, ISO14000, ISO18000 and son and leading related department to make continuously improvement in the company.
2. To set up a plan for quality awareness training
3. To define the quality strategy
4. To responsible for apply and renew the product certificate such as product license, 3C certificate, Energy Saving certificate and so on.
Product Quality Management
1. To regular evaluate the supplier quality and support the purchasing department for supplier quality audit.
2. To responsible for incoming material inspection and communicate with supplier for all non-qualified issues.
3. To responsible for process control, process improvement and final product quality control.
4. To responsible for customer complain and provide feedback to our client.
Process Management:
1、To responsible for process document audit and provide training to operators.
Project Management
1. To organize DFMEA and PFMEA analysis for new product and existing product.
2. To organize the new design and product evaluation in the company
Measuring tooling Management
1. To support measuring tooling selection and failure analysis
2. To manage the all tooling calibration in regular base.
Document Control
1. To regularly audit the document control process and procedure.
2. To responsible for quality related document management
Safety System:
1. To set up the safety system in the company
2. To audit the safety control system in the company
Others
1. To participate the monthly management meeting in plant
2. To complete temporary task by company.

JOB Requirement:
1. University graduate. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or refrigeration engineering.
2. 5 years working experience in Quality management, Air-conduction industry is plus.
3. Rich working experience in Quality analysis
4. Familiar with all kind of quality tools such as FMEA, 7Tools，DOE and so on
5. Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 and ISO18000, TS16949 is plus
6. Good communication skill
7. Good at English in speaking, writing and listening
