Description:
As an IC Verification Engineer in NAND Group at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of a team that develops and verifies the NAND products with global teams in US, Japan, Italy or local. You will also work closely with global design and verification engineers in developing the testplan and debugging test failures.
Responsibilities:
? Create verification plans based on design specifications.
? Develop test cases and maintain testbench/regression which are used for full-chip NAND products and block-level controller.
? Develop assertions, coverage, UVM and new verification methodologies.
Qualifications:
? Proven track record for successful verification of IC products in the past.
? Good background in Verilog/SystemVerilog and verification methodology; knowledge of C or other HVL a plus.
? Knowledge and experience with Perl and Unix/Linux scripting strongly desired.
? Knowledge in writing assertions, UVM/OVM, etc.
? A high-level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to solving problems.
? Good English communications skills.
Education:

BS or MS in EE/CS or BS in EE/CS with 2+ year of verification engineering experience.
