Responsibilities

1、Support daily retail softwares as Stores backoffice or frontoffice

2、Train and coach team members on retail softwares; you'll be responsible of documentations and reporting.

3、Daily repair, provide professional, accurate and reliable diagnosis service to end users

4、Lianse with Demark and customer to implement retail system for both internal store and franchisee store

5、Help to standardize the operation of end users to avoid inaccurate and delay input

6、Occasionally support daily customer claims and order management in system

7、Insure KPI commitments

Requirements and Skills

1、College degree or above, Major in enterprise management, information management or retail management is preferred

2、Strong responsibility sense and professionalism with good team spirit

3、Attention to details, willing to learn, good team player and result orentation

4、Smooth communication by fluent oral and written English

5、At least 1 year hands-on experience on AX

6、Willing to work outside of Shanghai during implementation (1-2 weeks) and overtime sometimes

7、Willing to work under pressure and flexible

8、Familiar with the ERP structure and process is preferred

9、Good at OS (word/excel/ppt), Pivot table is preferred
