职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责餐饮前台的日常运行，员工培训和各项工作程序的检查与考核
2、 根据餐饮部的实际情况，提出完善各岗位职责和服务程序的意见
3、定期检查食品卫生法规的执行情况（餐具消毒、员工健康证明，过期饮品）
4、 处理客人投诉，深入餐厅征求客人对餐饮和服务的意见
5、 配合厨房制定新菜牌和推销、并组织人员实施
6、 做好各点的配合，协调工作
岗位要求：
1、英文口语熟练
2、有至少3年的餐饮管理经验
3、工作认真负责，有一定的领导能力
