1.Retain existing retail and key accounts to achieve budget. Work as a team to gain more business opportunities f rom potential and current accounts;
2.Strengthen partnership with existing retail and key accounts; Keep interactive with account and create the Win- Win situation
3.Strengthen partnership with existing retail and key accounts, strengthen company's penetration on existing ret ail accounts
4.Well know customer needs and communicate with relevant colleagues to solve the problems
5.Effectively coordinate product application, blueprint trial, onsite survey, new branch launch, contract sign and implementation, equipment installation, urge payment for goods and etc...
6.Provide the highest standard of service and training to retail key accounts, merchandise service and training into product. Conduct quarterly and monthly review to collect customer feedback and interpret corporate accounts of their requirements effectively.
7.Expand target account list, submit various management reports on time.
8.Provide trainings on how to give the retail key accounts more effective service to sales staff
9.Conduct regular review with districts
10.Integrate company resources to develop new accounts, follow up the issues from quotation to contract
11.Control DSO and A/R of the clients
12.5 years and above direct sales experience in multinational company
13.Be familiar with food & beverage, retail, logistics and other related industries
14.Good oral and writing English
15.Good command of Windows office
16.Have the direct or indirect sales experience to sell some materials and machines to them, for example: Carrefour, Wal-Mart, RT-Mart, B&Q and others
