Job Summary / Job Purpose
Perform audit mission related to information and technology risks in SG China Inc.
Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
? Management of information and technology risks audit activities in SG China according to standardized audit methodology and regulatory requirement, the perimeter includes business applications review, projects review and security assessment etc.
? In compliance with the standardized audit methodology of SG China, take effect into the annual risk assessment for SG China.
? According to the risk assessment results and regulatory requirement, prepare the annual audit plan, and assist Head of Audit China to initiate annual audit plan of SG China.
? Planning and execution of internal audit missions.
? Reporting the findings during the internal audit missions to Head of Audit China, and ultimately to Audit Committee of SG China, and propose the practical recommendations to the finding issues.
? Assume prime responsibility for the diligent follow up of audit recommendation raised and regulatory issues.
? Coordinate with internal departments, regional, global functions and assist to communicate with external parties, e.g. regulators.
? Manage and implementation of special investigations, when being delegated.
? Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Candidate Profile
Academic Background
(degree and major) Bachelor degree, with a major of information system, computer science or audit related
Working Experience /
Technical Skills & Know how Minimum 6 years related experience. Internal Audit or IT risk management background from a Bank is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies - Strong audit skills on applications review with robust analytical skills to relate IT risks with potential business exposure;
- Good technical knowledge on NT, UNIX, Sybase and Oracle Security. Equipped with fundamentals on network infrastructure, firewall and Lotus Notes security are a plus.
- Team player, flexible with good analytical skills on IT security controls
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Rigor, organization and prioritization management and time management
- Capability to synthesize and spread the information
Language Skills Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Computer Skill
Professional Qualification
(if applicable) Certified with CISA is an advantage
Others if any
(require to travel, etc) Travelling is required.
