Job Summary / Job Purpose
? Perform independent Operations internal control function, including but limited to Operational risk related control policy and method setup, implementation and monitoring.
? Operations anti-fraud, incident and operational loss management.
? Play the regulation management role to responsible for regulation change/requirement follow up and ensure it smoothly implemented in the Operations.
? Work in partnership with other departments to ensure related Operations task or project complete smoothly.
? To fulfill all the regulatory requirements in terms of risk and control, reporting, self-checking, on-site inspection and audit.

Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
? Acting as a risk advisor to Operations business teams by providing recommendations for effective mitigation of existing and emerging operational risk.
? Responsible for Operations department’s BCP arrangement and execution.
? Responsible for Operations permanent supervise control performance centralized from HQ.
? Establish and revise Operations internal control related assessment, monitoring and reporting policy and procedure.
? Designing, overseeing and executing the regular Operations internal control assessment for different areas.
? As Operations contact point, centralized management Operations cooperation tasks with Compliance, Audit and ORM.
? Responsible for Operations control and anti-fraud related procedure maintains including but not limited to document drafting, discussion, version management and timely updating to match organization / business / regulation change.
? Support on Operations new process/organization setup to fulfill management requirement with proper control in place.
? Other duties and responsibilities reasonably understood to fall within the function of Operations Control that is assigned by supervisors.
? Strictly follow SG China Consumer Protection Policy in working and ensure no broken

Candidate Profile
Academic Background
(degree and major) University graduate degree

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
? Minimum 5 years experience in banking Operations or risk control or regulation follow up area.
? Knowledge of China banking regulation matters especially in operations area.
? Good understanding of Operations internal control

Skills & Competencies
? Strong self-learning ability
? Good pressure undertaker. Can work under high pressure and stick to the goal setup at beginning. When facing difficult or challenge, be capable to complete task under rules.

Language Skills
Fluent in English both writing and speaking

Computer Skill
Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
