1.在主管的直接指导下，负责服务咖啡厅工作
2.于开餐之前做好售卖、备餐及饮料准备工作，按指定岗位招待顾客
3.对就餐者应公平对待，做到按量按价打卡，既不少给也不多收
4.招待顾客时，应虚心接受就餐者的监督批评，严禁与就餐者发生争执
5.如有需要，开餐前协助前台工作，包括准备餐具清洁、消毒
6.按照工作分配表，进行咖啡厅的清洁工作，如拖地、扫尘、洗地、擦台，擦窗、清洁垃圾桶等，保持咖啡厅清洁
7.依照正确指示使用所需的清洁用具和方法清洁咖啡厅等地方
8.履行公司委派的其它工作
