PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责

? Be responsible for quality assurance and improvement for key components suppliers such as housing, cap, glass bulb and electrical components suppliers.
? Be responsible for new components suppliers audit, selection and release.
? Be responsible for defining components quality acceptance criteria and quality targets.
? Be responsible for components failures analyse, trouble shooting and corrective actions implementation.
? Be responsible for leading the components suppliers’ production capability and quality continuouse improvement.
? Be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality communication between components suppliers and Tier1 EMS/ODM suppliers.
? Be responsible for Change Proposal management for key components suppliers.
? Be responsible for components related complaint handling and improvement actions follow up.
? Be responsible for components suppliers’ quality documentation or report delivery in time.

a) Education学历:
BS/MS with major in mechanical/electrical/engineering related background

b) Experience工作经验:
- Hands-on experience of quality assurance or development, 5years minimum.
- Mechanical or electrical industry related experience is necessary.
- Better with basic FA ability.
