Job Title： Senior Manager, Test Engineering

Key Responsibilities：
Develop quarterly objectives for team, aligning with roadmap and overall departmental vision.
Build and Lead an engineering team comprised of Test System/HW/SW/Process engineers providing test solution and New technology development, Tie-2 test process and technical support
Responsible for test engineering in new product launch in Contract Manufacturer (CM) and/or Original Design Manufacturer (ODM environments)
Establish a work environment characterized by mutual trust and respect, open and honest communications, teamwork and a passion for winning
Integrates work of own department with other departments while considering impact of solutions to other organizations and finding optimal overall solutions within a global environment

Qualifications：
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree. Major in: Communication, Computer, Electronics etc fields.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience in managing test engineering organization in telecom equipment manufacturing. 8+ years experience with Test engineering, test processes and equipment knowledge. solid understanding of the New Product Introduction development. Experience on terminal product industrialization in EMS is a plus.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: knowledge of the telecomm technology/product (xDSL, xPON preferred); Be familiar with manufacturing testing strategy and process; Strong HW/SW design background are desired. Demonstrated experience with Lean and 6-Sigma is a plus

LANGUAGE: Strong verbal and written English

MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Excellent Leader ship and interpersonal skills Excellent planning skills with strong Project and Program management background. Motivating innovation. Ability to work across multiple organizations, including product management, various SC Nodes and development teams
