Job Responsibility and Accountability (Key roles, functions and accountabilities)

Training
1 Provide social and security training to different level of auditors (Associate Auditor, Auditor, and Senior Auditor)
2 Provide social and security awareness training to Program Management team, Customer Service Team, and Business Development team
3 Provide social and security training/seminar to clients (factories, vendors, brands, retailers)
4 Identify training needs to provide training, and evaluate training effectiveness
5Social and security training materials development and maintenance
6 Training tools development (picture, video, simulation, adult learning style)
7 Social and security question papers development and maintenance
8 Tests and quizzes review and score
9 Attend external training and seminars

Technical Support
1 Assist with providing interpretation of labor, health and safety and environmentlaws and regulations
2 Manage the regional laws and regulations database and issuance of technical guidance documentation
3 Provide resolutions on queries from auditors, Customer Service team, Program Management team, and Business Development team
4 China sample finding maintenance and update
5 Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Field Instruction (FI) development and maintenance
6 Conduct qualification assessment for auditors

Qualifications
1 University education level (degree) or above
2 Minimum 5-year experience in Social and Security compliance field
3 Familiar with labor and working condition laws and regulations within manufacturing industry
4 Knowledge of Management system such as SA8000, ISO14000 or OHSAS18000
5 Certification such as ICTI, WRAP, FLA or EICC
6 Standards such ETI, BSCI or ICS
7 Presentable, resourceful, independent with excellent report writing and presentation skill
8 International travel is approximately 25%
9 Strong command of spoken and written English
10 Necessary computer knowledge
