Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
? Administer and follow up the employment procedure such as staff in and out, internal transfers, contract preparation, on-board orientation, reference check, administration of work permit and resident permit, etc to ensure employment/termination formalities are completed in a timely manner to avoid operational risks.
? Create and maintain staff pfile and personnel documents
? Manage and maintain HRIS database:
o Support and ensure data accuracy in the system by communicating with HRBP and Bangalore team
o Responsible for various reporting, including internal reporting, and regulatory reporting;
? Responsible for intern recruitment and management. Support junior level recruitment as required.
? Assist different HR functional teams as local coordinator to provide necessary HR onsite support.
? Provide general administrative support for the department.
? Participate various HR projects: HR transformation / process automation, campus hiring, MT program, etc.
? Manage HR service vendor (monitor service delivery, vendor review, etc)
? Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the management for improving the department’s service level and work quality.
? Ensure enlinement with labor law, regulatory requirement, and minimize operational risk in daily job.
?
