岗位职责：
1. 按照公司仿真分析规范，结合车辆子系统（车身、座椅、内饰、底盘）设计和性能要求，建立结构耐久仿真分析模型，执行结构分析任务；
2. 按照车身、座椅、内饰和底盘等子系统技术规范、仿真标准工况和项目开发时间，制定子系统分析计划；
3. 参与子系统设计评估会议、ADV计划制定，推进CAE应用；
4. 快速响应子系统性能试验及制造问题的仿真需求，提供结构解决方案。

任职资格：
1. 熟悉结构强度及疲劳理论，了解制造装配工艺；　
2. 熟悉有限元基本原理，了解动力学基本理论；　
3. 熟悉相关CAE软件（Hyperworks，NASTRAN，Abaqus，FE-Fatigue，LS-DYNA隐式算法）的应用；
4． 至少1-2年的车身、座椅、内饰、底盘等系统结构耐久分析经验；
5. 能熟练用英语进行技术交流；　　
6. 具有良好的团队合作精神，善于学习，乐于创新。
