岗位职责：
1、负责天猫网店的运营与管理；
2、负责天猫直通车和钻展的推广和优化、关键词管理、数据分析等，提高店铺的转化率，曝光率、点击率、浏览量 等，完成预期销售目标。
3、负责天猫店铺推广，结合各种资源，组织策划店铺各类活动；
4、负责维护和挖掘推广新资源；
5、策划并组织实施网店整体营销推广，提升网店自身营销能力；
6、不断优化网店的整体页面装修，以及商品的描述与展示，为美工提供方案；
7、分析追踪淘宝的运作机制、市场竞争状况以及公司网店经营数据，为公司提供统计分析报告与决策依据；
8、熟悉申请参加淘宝各种官方活动；
9、制定店铺推广计划及预算，并争取各类淘宝资源、活动、促销。
10、监控各项数据并分析，根据实际情况及时做出改进，定期汇报总结。
11、更新微博、微信公共账户中的文字信息

岗位要求：
1.具有一年以上天猫、淘宝皇冠店铺推广、活动策划工作经验。
2.精通天猫、淘宝营销规则,熟悉淘宝运营环境,交易规则,淘宝站内和展位的营销资源;
3.有直通车、钻石展位、淘宝客、硬广、帮派、论坛等各种淘宝推广的相关经验;
4.具备较好的文案撰写能力以及较强的逻辑思维能力,能制定出有吸引力的活动方案和执行能力;
5.思维清晰,具有较强的数据分析能力,能从数据中分析很解决问题的能力;
6.有较强的语言表达能力,认真的工作和学习能力,有热情,责任心强,有团队意识;
7.熟悉淘宝各种报名活动的具体流程和操作方法,有实际操作的经验者优先录用;
