职位描述
Basic Function / General Description:
- Responsible for daily warehouse management and logistic execution.
Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Supervise storekeepers to execute correctly and fully follow up receiving/shipping/warehouse shop floor operation per warehouse procedure.
- Manage warehouse bins to keep materials are well stored and organized per FIFO.
- Verify adequate flow of logistics from the warehouse to the working areas and conduct physical count;
- Implementations of JIT material pull in request per production schedule, and manage inventory of packaging material.
- As shop floor coordinator to instruct local suppliers unloading and loading correctly.
- As window of company to alias with custom declaration agency to get all support documents prepared as manner of timely and accurately.
- As coordinator between company and forwarder to get all shipment picked up on time, and verify all logistic cost per actual shipping request.
Accountability & measures:
- Accuracy of physical counting for warehouse material
- Shipping correctly
- Get custom declaration sheet back to finance as timely manner.
Work experience & skills requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience and 2 years experience in this position.
- Basic level of read/written English.
- Good command of computer knowledge: Microsoft office etc.
- Strong in practice, logic and principle, good cooperation.

- High school and above;
