Basic Function / General Description:

? Develop embedded software for elevator components
Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

As an electronics engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Generate concept and calculation to support the development.
? Follow PCBA development process to Design PCBA for elevator / escalator components.
? Creation of detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, design documentation, user’s manuals, etc.
? Verification/qualification of the design.
? Perform other duties as assigned and requested
Accountability & measures:

? Correct and efficient performance of the tasks
? Complete the job on target with respect to quality, cost and delivery
? Support others to achieve team objectives
Work experience & skills requirements:
? Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of design experience with Master’s degree or 4 years with Bachelor’s degree.
o 1 years working experience in global company
o Experience in digital and analog circuit design following PCB development process
o Experience in EMC/EMI and environment design & analysis, improvement.
o Experience with STM32 and/or Microchip processors preferred.
? Language: CET-6 and above. Good in written and oral English
? Computer Skills:
o Strong in calculation and simulation.
o Familiar with Cadence tools set.
o Microsoft Office tools set
? Other Key Competencies:
o Sense of ownership and responsibility, result oriented
o Creative and open mind, work hard and energetic
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Preferred Requirement:
o Experiences with FMEA, DOE
o General knowledge on Elevator industry
o Familiar with the Safety Certification by TUV
o Experience with Labview or MiniTab
Educational Requirements
? Education: Bachelor or above in Automation or Electrical Engineering
