职位描述
受某美国公司委托，为其寻找field sales engineer,职位描述如下：
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Understand customer application and company key solution for new product promotion and distributor training;
2. Effectively manages a complex sales cycle from new opportunity identification through order fulfillment mainly for I&I, such as Instrumentation, Security, PCTL/BCTL
3. Responsible to develop sub-segment business plan, indentify focus accounts and complete the strategy to win customers in assigned sub-segment;
4. Drives effective communications both internally and externally to get the support needed for sales plan execution and deal closing;
5. Close work with distributor for customer base expanding, signal chain selling and revenue maximization.
6. Influences customer at technical, procurement and senior management levels and take responsibility for distributor and key accounts relationship building.
Requirements:
- Minimum B.S / B.E, MSEE preferred.
- Three to five years working experience in electronic industry, preferably to have both industrial account management and distributor management experience.
- Good technical background, industrial & instrumentation related application knowledge as a plus.
- Self-motivated, passionate to win, and willing to travel frequently for business need.
- Fluent English expression, both spoken and written
- Solid skills on project management, coordination with multi-teams, and complex problem analysis / solving in a timely manner.
