Healthcare Global Supply Chain

Essential Responsibilities

1. Supporting frontline team to realize sales target and dealer management.
2. Managing project milestones including tender, contract, payment, installation site preparation, import license, transportation etc;
3. Reviewing contract & agreement against GE policy;
4. Placing orders to Global plants through oracle system; maintain each deal daily progress in OTR EWS system
5. Managing orders upon customer requirement and delivery on time;
6. Coordinating with Global plants,forwarder,bank and customers to ensure contract execution;
7. Monitoring customer payment, site and facilitating internal approval process;
8. Handling logistics and facilitating Import & Export procedures related to GE;
9. Managing delivery quality issue and lodging insurance claims in case any damages;
10. Resolving customer issues in connection with commercial operation.
11. Host EDcall to review PSI with Zone managers

Qualifications/Requirements

Academic: Bachelor degree or above, international trade or related preferred
Language: Fluent in English in addition to Mandarin
Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Oracle or other ERP systems
Background: Minimum 2 years experiences, Import & Export related experience preferred
