Main Responsibilities
? Drive business for the corporatespecialized in luxury/premium brand sector, mainly cross sell to four key business units including event, digital, PR and Store Decor.
? Prepare, propose and implement business development and planning strategyintegrated with total marketing solution sell; execute plan to achieve BD productivity standards; ensure annual revenue goals to be achieved.
? Optimize the BD funnel and brand visibility on marketing channels related to all group’s business.
? Initiate in the development, implementation and analysis of all BD program to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
? Gather and report all competitive activity and marketing research for better understanding of the industry environment and competitions. Prepare strategic assessment of key competitors; evaluate and improve return on investment.
? Develop and maintain good relations with premium/luxury brand clients, government networks and related parties, enhance service quality, maintain customer relationship to maximize revenues.
Experience/Education Required
? Eight or more years of solid experience in Digital/PR agency, or Digital/PR services within a major fashion/luxury company and deep knowledge on the industry. Experience in auto/wine industry is a plus but not must.
? A record of academic and professional accomplishment represented by increasing responsibility and high performance ratings.
? Undergraduate degree in business or technical field from a recognized school required. MBA or equivalent graduate education from a top school optional.
? Strong analytical background and strong communication skills.
? Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
