岗位职责：
1. 明确理解Digital Agency的工作流程与传播工具
2. 对于挖掘中国消费者需求有高度的敏锐感知
3. 能独立负责品牌或是产品的互动创意推广方案，内容涵盖：网络媒体创意、移动轻应用创意、互动活动创意、内容创意营销
4. 可为不同调性的品牌提供独到的创意观点与推广
5. 有明显的上网成瘾症状，就是喜欢沉浸在电脑屏幕、手机里，觉得没有Wifi的生活就像被放逐到边疆

任职资格：
1. 大学本科以上学历，1至3年以上品牌策划经验或客户经理工作经验
2. 广告/新闻传播专业优先
3. 4A广告公司工作经历优先
4. 熟练使用office办公软件，精通PowerPoint
5. 具备良好的中英文沟通、撰写与提案能力
6. 有较强的自我学习能力和适应能力
7. 具有团队合作精神以及服务协作意识
