Main Duties:

Treasury
? Directs financial planning, procurement, and investment of funds for the Group (Headquarters) and China.
? Delegates authority for receipt, disbursement, banking, protection and custody of funds, securities, and financial instruments.
? Obtain optimal levels of fees for banking, payment processing, insurance and investments
? Analyzes financial records to forecast future financial position and budget requirements. Oversee management of cash and debt and ensure efficient use of cash throughout the Company. Ensure access to short and long-term liquidity.
? Advises management on investments and loans for short- and long-range financial plans and foreign exchange. Invest cash according to board approved policy
? Execute/approve domestic and international electronics fund transfers including purchases of foreign currency.
? Stay abreast of market trends, technologies and alternative investment opportunities and recommend and implement new strategies as needed
? Prepares financial reports for management. Conduct periodic reviews of bank operating performance and provide feedback
? Reconcile monthly bank service fees; serve as the central point of contact for financial managers and operating banks for service implementation, issue and problem solving.
? Develops policies and procedures for account collections and extension of credit to customers.




Tax matters
? Advise the corporation on matters relating to international tax optimization.
? Assist in determining correct intercompany tax treatment of transactions and their optimization.
? Forecast international tax management and need, particularly regarding new countries openings
? Prepare tax information and respond to top Management and Board queries
? Ensure fund and management company tax documentation is accurately prepared for audit purposes


Requirements:
? A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related degree is required, Business School, Master level education is highly preferred
? 3/5 years experience of corporate treasury and/or commercial banking experience.
? Good communication skills, technical Treasury knowledge and project management skills
? Strong Microsoft Office skills
? Unwavering ethical behavior combined with a commitment to maintaining integrity and confidentiality
? Adaptable style that is comfortable within a high energy, action oriented culture
? Strength of character and convictions to professionally challenge executive decisions when appropriate
? Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
? Passionate about building a multi-national treasury function as the Company is expanding rapidly.
