职位描述
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Support maintenance manager and department in daily work and tasks.
Work actively within the team members and get deep know-how of the company key services.
Database collection and the database segmentation finalization.
Identify and upgrade existing database.
Cold calling and follow-up of the clients after mass-mailing.
Organizing first meetings with clients after mass-mailing.
Support maintenance sales department and maintenance for marketing in presentations and brochures definition.
Requirements:
College degree with major in English, Business, Marketing or other related disciplines.
Pleasant personality with knowledge of basic phone etiquette; willing to conduct cold calling and understand sales process issues.
Translate feedback from cold calling into specific projects with commercial potential.
Interested in Marketing and Sales and familiar with MS Word, Excel & Access tools.
Very Good oral and written communication skills (English & Chinese).

很好的口头及书面沟通技能（英语和中文）。
