Job responsibilities:

Responsible for all activities regarding operation & maintainance team on site.Strategy thinking, service management, interface between Aden & Celanese.

Consolidation of the maintainance plan according to all supplier maintainance plan and his preventive maintainance experiences.
按照供应商的维护计划和其他的预防性维护和经验来制定维护计划。

Schedule & perform supervision & organize the whole team & Sub-contractor management on all equipments.
安排实行监督和管理整个团队，以及设备供应商的管理。

Responsible for HSE & Energy saving solution development.Ensure whole team will match the requirement of Client. Ensure equipments are running smoothyly and reliable.
负责开发HES和能源节省方案，确保团队运作按照客户要求，确保设备运行平稳可靠。

Ensure to provide a safe and comfortable work environment for all occupants and maintaining well-organized facility operations/maintainance programs focused on preserving and enhancing the value of the facility.

To lead and provide training, management and guidance to directly employed staff in accordance with Clients regulations.

Provided reporting and daily communcations basis with Celanese.
作出报告并与客户日常沟通。

Qualification and requirement:

Specialty in electrical, HVAC, mechanical and related.
空调、电力或管道系统相关工程专业

Familiar with building automation management system monitoring and optimization.
熟悉楼宇自动化管理系统的监督和最优化

Engeering colleage or above
工程类大专或以上

8-10 years working experience above, at least 3-5 years experience in same leading role.
8-10年的工作经验，至少3-5年类似管理职位的经验

Familiar with facilities and equipments maintainance as well as international standards.
熟悉设施设备管理和国际化标准

Understanding of preventive maintainance processes and emergency response plan.
了解预防性流程和应急方案

English speaking, reading and writing skills.
