职位描述

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:
1 Planning
?Identify priorities and goals in discussing with HR Director; consolidate company goals into a comprehensive annual HR plan.
?As a strategic partner, give corporate structure suggestion or advice to company as to corporate business development.
?Make and control budget should be done and approved in October.
?As to business development, initiatively give suggestions to company to add or reduce employees, to control human capital.

2 Staffing
?Workforce planning as to business development.
?Oversee HR recruitment efficiently to meet company's demand.
?Responsible for CHO senior staff and foreigners recruitment.

3 Training
?Oversee HR training program to meet company's demand.
?Discuss with training manager to achieve training goals and target for CHO

4 Compensation & Benefits
?Ensure company's C&B policy is aligned with legal requirements and remain competitive in the market.
?Give recommendation to some C&B rules as to business development.
?To monitor that we use correct rules for calculation of C&B.

5 Performance Appraisal
?Assist in performance appraisal system, implement evaluation procedure.
?Act as mediator or facilitator to communicate with all levels of management regarding performance issues.

6 Employee Relationship
?Lead HR team to keep good communication and employee relations in the company.
?Spread corporate culture to motivate employees.
?Maintain the effective communication system to help information spread accurately in the company.

7 Organization
?Join meeting with regional HR to ensure implementation to share best practices.
?Have a weekly CHO HR meeting.

8 Reports
?Report on a regular basis to HRD.
?HR quarterly reports shall be presented to HR Director.
?HR Responsible for checking the monthly consolidation of CHO HR reports.
?Prepare an quarterly report of accomplishments in HR work performance in CHO and Branches.
?Make and consolidated annual review of HR department performance to assess and help in the future planning.



Key Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:

? Knowledge of HR management
? Familiar with employment labour laws
? HR information systems e.g. Benq system
? Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally on job progress and
other overall assignments and responsibilities
? Ability to foresee potential situations and provide necessary initiative to
assure problems handled efficiently and expediently
? Aptitude and temperament to work with sensitive and confidential
information


Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:

?Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business.
?8 years or more of HR experience, preferably 3-5years of HR managerial experience.
?Good interpersonal & English language skills.
?Familiar with facility management and service-oriented industries.
?Relevant HR certification preferred.
