'A/P SFDC Key User
- Drive/support SFDC implementation in A/P countries
- Develop simple SFDC projects
- Develop dashboard for regional COTs and create regular communication
- Liason between global team and country team, as AP key user
- Participate the global SFDC key user network
- Support country team to resolve issues requested from country team
- Provide countries with necessary training whenever required, to help countries have more knowledge and skill sets required.
- A/P administrator of on-going user account and report maintenance
A/P eMarketing Key User
- Drive/support eMarketing activities in A/P countries (website contents management, email campaign, social media, etc.)
- Support the countries to develop websites
- Provide countries with necessary training to run websites after being trained from global team
- Liason between global team & country team as AP key user
- Work closely with each country to develop/upload/update the contents for countries
- Analyze the website & visitors, and develop the report for region/country (frequency, frequently visited pages, traffic, etc.)
Position Requirements ( Skills / Experiences )
'- IT skill sets (1-3 years of program development preferred)
- Solid experience of implementation of SFDC system. Experience with SFDC to develop some projects is preferred.
- Working experience in CRM, eCommerce and e-marketing applications is a plus
- Good communication skill in English both written and verbal.
- Strong passion & capability to learn/study new functionalities of the programs
- Interpersonal and team working skills, demonstrated ability to work with other region/countries
- Proactiveness & high energy to supports other countries
- Technical skill sets to resolve minor technical isues, difficulties
