Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage employee life-cycle process (pre- & on-boarding, probation review, contracting, orientation, exit, etc.), covering full-time-employee, contractor & out-sourced employees with 3rd party support;

- Manage employee P-file in RHQ and SSHL entities;

- Provide administrative support to Greater China HR Director & HR Team;

- Prepare various employment certificates per HR Operation Specialist instruction;

- Support HR Team on C&B daily operation process in terms of various letter distribution, insurance enrollment, payment request preparation, etc.

- Support HR Operation Specialist to execute Greater China New Hire Orientation Program on quarterly basis;

- Provide admin support in country campus recruiting, and manage the pre- & on-boarding process;

- Support HR Team to implement Employee Engagement and Communication events;

- Administrate HR email communication channel in Greater China with receiving the guideline or monitor from HR Manager;

- Any ad hoc work assigned by the superior & GC HR Team.

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor degree and 2-3 years HR working experience in multinational companies.

- High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude.

- Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment.

- Well organized, strong process orientation.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication English skills.

- Excellent skill in Microsoft tools.
