JOB SUMMARY
Identify and implement quality/process improvement to satisfy customer requirement, reduce process variation, and eliminate process waste.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. To proceed new product introduction, document preparation.
2. To support production line, solve non-conforming quality issue.
3. To enhance production efficiency and yield rate.
4. To solve process issues on production line and improve/optimize product process during NPI phase.
5. To train operators and other staff for new product & process.
6. Study production statistic data to identify improvement opportunity, to stabilize process and enhance process capability.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree major in electro-mechanical or related
2. 5 years or above working experience in relevant position
3. Good at written and oral English
4. Good computer skills
5. Safety conscious and Quality oriented
6. Good interpersonal communication skills
