职位描述
PURPOSE:
Management of assigned key accounts. Develops and implementation of sales activities and key accounts program. Ensure professionalism and highest levels of services are maintained with key accounts. Provides leadership to meet or exceed the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages, plans, develops and evaluates sales activities of key accounts. Provides advise, counsel and direction (50%)
Analyses and interprets data and applies that information to develop business plans to promote business growth. (10%)
Provides feedback to key account sales staff, marketing and professional affairs on impact of programs directed to build business and increase customer loyalty. (10%)
Assists key account sales staffs in developing tools to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness (10%)
Develops key account sales staffs to increase their sales skill and to maintain competent. (10%)
Performs other related duties as assigned by management. (10%)
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree.
Minimum experience required: 3-5 years field sales experience. 3 years experience in sales management.
Excellent interpersonal skill required
Written and oral communication skills required
Strategic thinking and excellent execution required.
