职位描述
To ANALYZE competitive situation; RECOMMEND product portfolio strategy (for ZEISS, SOLA and AO) and pricing strategy (including RSP and ASP) for mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan. And at the same time, to work out product portfolio to cater to channel strategy and key account strategy.
-Improve and update on Dream portfolio along with new market trend for 3 markets: mainland, HK and Taiwan.
-Develop ICM to fill the product gaps.
-To feedback global team on local consumer needs and new competitive initiatives.
To LEAD new product launches (be the project leader) with all related departments: Trade-marketing, Finance, Training, ZPA, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, QC, G5 and etc. To make sure product launch on time and deliver major launch KPIs.
-Including Product Naming/portfolio mapout
-Naming Registration
-Pricing Confirmation (make sure pricing strategy and GM in line with ZEISS guideline)
-Coordinate Training Materials Development (confirm key selling proposition and sales talk)
-Coordinate with sales tool development including demo tool, sales literatures and etc.
-Initiate launch plan with trade-marketing team
-Make sure all related departments are ready for the launch preparation.
To INITIAVE KOL events. To work with Training Department to organize regular events with KOLs for Junior Lens and Progressive lens.
-KOL includes key hospital doctors, B2B magazine editors, key ECPs and key optical associations like APPO, Optical fairs and etch.
To DEVELOP press release and product advertorial together with PR agencies and training department.
To UPDATE and INITIATE product and pricing catalogue with Trademarketing department on quarterly basis to make sure all product information and pricing information is up-to-date.
Job requirements
Education
1.Optometrist Education
2.Some marketing or business management education will be a plus.
Job experience
Several years in optical industry or related one
Preferably some years in marketing or product development field
Other requirements
Customer service must be top of mind
Strong English communication skills are mandatory
Some experience in project management would be very beneficial for New product planning cycle.
