主要职责：

在经理的直接指导下，负责服务咖啡厅工作
？ 于开餐之前做好售卖、备餐及饮料准备工作，按指定岗位招待顾客
？ 对就餐者应公平对待，做到按量按价打卡，既不少给也不多收
？ 招待顾客时，应虚心接受就餐者的监督批评，严禁与就餐者发生争执
？ 如有需要，开餐前协助前台工作，包括准备餐具清洁、消毒
？ 按照工作分配表，进行咖啡厅的清洁工作，如拖地、扫尘、洗地、擦台，擦窗、清洁垃圾桶等，保持咖啡厅清洁
？ 依照正确指示使用所需的清洁用具和方法清洁咖啡厅等地方
？？ 必须在下班时保持咖啡厅清洁和整齐
？ 如有需要，清洁咖啡厅设备和用具
？ 清理用餐之后的碗碟、餐具、器皿和食物盘等到洗碗房
？ 履行公司委派的其它工作

？ 身体健康，愿意从事服务后勤行业
？ 良好的服务意识
？ 良好的沟通能力
？ 有咖啡厅等的供餐经验
？ 愿意执行其它公司不时委派的职责
